Adam was extremely professional and polite from start to finish. I called on a holiday weekend, he accommodated my time and date request despite the short notice. We arrived two hours after the start time and he paused his work to go over any questions we had and allowed us to walk through the home with him. I received the inspection within 24-hrs but was aware prior of all the things in it since he took the time to go over it in person the day of. He was very thorough and the report was user friendly and all extremely detailed. He had an answer to every question my husband asked and left us feeling very knowledgeable and confident about the state of our new home purchase. Would highly recommend!

Adam was the most thorough, detailed and educated inspector I have ever used. He was right on time for a rural property far out of his normal service area. He spent as much time outside of the home as he did inside. He took pics of everything, I took some, but he took important pics and then delivered them in a 66 page detailed report. I could not have asked for anything more. If your interested in how your heat works, how you septic and well works or just learning about your new home, Adam is your man. He will be my inspector for any future purchases and when I need to evaluate my home again. 5 star service!!!

Adam her formed a house inspection prepurchase, a thorough inspection was performed from top to bottom in-and-out every single crack and crevice knob cabinet was inspected!
