Set your appointment with Lask Inspection Group, LLC . We provide home inspections during the day, evening, and weekends. In many cases, professional inspection reports are delivered on site. Generally, most inspections are in the Rockford area, however we travel approximately 60 miles from our home office. We serve Rockford, IL and other Illinois cities such as Loves Park, Machesney Park, Chicago, Naperville, Aurora, Geneva, Dekalb, Sycamore, Elgin, Lake Zurich, Arlington Heights, Crystal Lake, and other Chicago suburbs. In addition, thermal imaging provides a better look into home structures and systems. Pre-Inspection Agreement
Please read our pre-inspection agreement before your appointment so you better understand what a home inspection is and what it is not. For example, home inspectors do not perform engineering services or destructive testing of materials. So severe structural issues will need analysis by an engineer. InterNACHI $25,000 Honor Guarantee
InterNACHI® will pay up to $25,000 (USD; maximum collective aggregate) for the cost of replacement of personal property lost (and not recovered, restituted or insured) during an inspection and stolen by an InterNACHI®-certified member who was convicted of or pleaded guilty (or no contest) to any criminal charge resulting from the member’s taking of the client’s personal property. Claimant agrees that the exclusive venue for any action against InterNACHI® arising out of this Honor Guarantee is the District Court in Boulder County, Colorado. InterNACHI’s Honor Guarantee is valid throughout the U.S. and Canada.

We prefer clients to be with us at inspections so we have morning and afternoon inspection times available. Also, we have evening and weekend appointments available by request.
